These policies are provided as a member service.

The policies are protected and subject to intellectual property rights and copyright laws. The policies may:

• Be used by a member service
• Be adapted and changed by a member service
• Must acknowledge the AHCWA and Accreditation Specialists (Aust) Pty Ltd in all versions created and adapted

The policies may not:

• Be circulated by a member to any non AHCWA member
• Be circulated to any interstate ACCHO
• Be circulated for the purpose of reproduction or reuse in any form whatsoever by any person, corporation or any other legal entity whatsoever

The AHCWA Member service warrants that it will:

• Take all reasonable and necessary measures to protect the intellectual property rights and copyright laws of AHCWA and any third party with intellectual property rights vested in the policies
• Take all reasonable and necessary measures to prevent breach of this agreement by its employees, Directors, agents and associates
• Notify the AHCWA immediately it becomes aware that the policies have or may have been circulated in breach of this agreement
• That it will take all reasonable and necessary action to contain and mitigate damage that may be caused to the AHCWA or a third party as a result of a breach of this agreement

The AHCWA member service warrants that it understands that any breach of this agreement may result in damage to ACHWA and Accreditation Specialists (Aust) Pty Ltd and the Member service agrees to pay damages and all legal costs associated with recovery of damages that are caused by the member service, any of its employees, directors or associates breaching this agreement.

Member services will not be charged to access these policies.
